Love the AI features

Really happy with this CRM. The built-in AI chat is an absolute game-changer. It integrates perfectly with the CRM data, so I can just ask it to pull up client histories, check deal statuses, or summarize notes instantly without digging through menus. It saves our team a ton of time every day. The interface is clean and easy to use too. Highly recommend!

We stopped missing after-hours calls

Good filtering, wanted deeper CRM mapping

It screens web-chat and SMS leads well and saves the team time. I did want finer control over how qualified leads map into custom fields.

Great once live, but onboarding felt rushed

The platform is capable, but porting our existing numbers took longer than I expected. Support smoothed it out afterward.

Solid phone system, IVR took some tuning

Call quality is excellent. It took a couple of tries to get the menu routing right, but it has been rock solid since.
