The assumptions behind the numbers
100 or 500 minutes are modeled as 40 or 200 calls, averaging 2.5 minutes each. Per-customer pricing assumes one unique customer per call. Repeated callers can reduce that cost.
We use monthly billing and a published plan or usage calculation that covers each scenario. Required base subscriptions are included where stated. Taxes, optional extras and negotiated discounts are excluded. This is a cost comparison, not a claim that features are identical.
Rosie uses a plan with enough included minutes because its overage rate is not published. Abby is modeled as AI-only: two AI minutes per Abby Minute. RingCentral rounds calls in 30-second increments; actual bills may vary. Sources were checked on September 16, 2026 and may change.
Only providers with a direct public pricing page are included. Zoom is omitted because a suitable dedicated pricing page was not verified. This is a selected comparison, not a complete market ranking.

What is included in the JotLink estimate?+
AI Voice Agent usage at $0.05 per minute: $5 for 100 minutes or $25 for 500 minutes. Other JotLink modules, outbound calls and SMS, and taxes are not included. See the pricing calculator for your full configuration.
